Sapm Protection Tips

* Don't spam people, you could get into trouble with your isp and have your account terminated. More and more services have a no-spam tolerance.
* Avoid giving out your e-mail address to companies, unless required for a certain purpose.
* If you post on bulletin boards, avoid posting with your email address, unless required.
* Don't reply to unsolicited messages ("spam") mail, or other offensive or harassing mail. By responding, you only confirm that you are a person with an active e-mail address who can be plagued with more unwanted e-mails.
* Forward the unsolicited message to the customer service department of the source's e-mail (usually of a form similar to abuse@[implicateddomain].com).
* To help control spam, CaribSeek Mail provides its users with spam management tools and "filters" for incoming mail. These can easily be set up to send certain messages directly to your online trash can. In the Options section you can set-up Block Filters and Bulk Mail Handling for you incoming mail.
